Community Training and Resources
At Raindrop, we believe in helping others become the better version of themselves and adding to the community's success. We know that it has been a stressful time during the pandemic, and as we transition back into the new normal, there are new & more stressors than before. We also understand the difficulty of serving the people and encouraging them to stay with the community long-term. We think providing measures to ensure the health and happiness of community members = more success for the community.
We believe that everything works together. Our four pillars are sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness. Without success in those areas, performance in the home, community & workplace can be negatively impacted, such as productivity or communication.
We offer a four, six, or eight-week course to address and improve common health and well-being topics in the home, community & workplace, leading to happier and healthier individuals.
Based on group size and needs, each program is designed to cover our four pillars and encourage healthier and happier habits. We also offer a “Build Your Own Program,” which allows you to choose to customize a program that best fits the community's needs.

Four-Week Program
This four-week program includes teaching the basic understanding of healthy habits. As we lightly touch on our four pillars, we promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. This six-week course is designed to educate, train, and focus on specific topics that will improve all areas of life. We teach you how to implement the information we share to create sustainable, healthier lifestyle changes as we go deeper into our four pillars. With this program, we also provide an initial group intro and 30-minute individual consultations each week. This program also includes the Gold Membership to our robust health tracking app.
